A Toolkit for Healthy Girls & Strong Women
Bodyworks was created by the Office on Women's (OWH) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. BodyWorks is a toolkit for parents and other adult caregivers of young teen girls. This toolkit is designed to help families improve healthy eating choices and become more physically active. BodyWorks provides more than information about healthy eating and physical activity, it also contains a number of tools to support the seven steps to a healthy lifestyle.

The site is designed to help consumers and families get all the latest information on food safety and food recalls in one convenient place.
